UK Apprenticeships Complaints Policy

Last Updated: October 29, 2026

Udacity is part of the Accenture Group and operates as part of Accenture LearnVantage, Accenture's technology-driven learning and training business. We are committed to delivering a high-quality experience for every employer and apprentice we work with. We take all feedback seriously and view complaints as an important opportunity to listen, learn, and continuously improve our service.

A complaint can be raised by any employer, apprentice, or individual connected to our apprenticeship programmes. For these purposes, a complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction about an action taken by Accenture, a failure to act, or the standard of service received.

If you wish to raise a complaint, please complete our Complaints Form(opens in a new tab) and submit it to apprentices@udacity.com(opens in a new tab). All complaints are handled in accordance with this Apprenticeships Complaints Policy(opens in a new tab), which sets out how we will acknowledge, investigate, and resolve your concern, and the timescales you can expect.

We are committed to handling every complaint fairly, confidentially, and without detriment to any individual who raises one.
