How does it work?

  1. Step 1

    Complete the Challenge Phase

The Challenge Phase begins with Introduction to Generative AI with AWS, a course that gives you the essential foundation to enter the world of AI. You’ll learn about:

    • Evolution of AI and fundamentals of AI & ML, including responsible AI
    • Use cases of large language models (LLMs ), including hands-on labs in prompt engineering
    • Creating your own GenAI app on AWS PartyRock

At the end of this phase, you’ll have gained tangible skills in ethical AI design to earn your AWS Educate Badge and Udacity certificate of completion.

  2. Step 2

Pass the Assessment to Qualify for a Fully-Funded Udacity Nanodegree Program

The next step is to complete a technical assessment aligned with the Nanodegree track you selected on the application. Learners who complete the course and pass the assessment will be eligible to apply to a fully-funded Udacity Nanodegree program. Assessments will be delivered via email — see the important dates listed below. If you’re not selected, you’ll gain access to additional AWS Educate resources to help you continue learning and growing in your AI and ML journey.

  3. Step 3

Earn a Fully-Funded Udacity Nanodegree Program (For Top 1,500 Learners)
