"We embarked on a partnership three years ago, piloting Udacity's impact on up-skilling FPT Software staff in cloud and data. This journey led us to the official launch of DX Academy within FPT Software in 2022, aimed at empowering thousands of engineers in Cloud, Data, AI, and Software Engineering. Witnessing rapid growth, we trained 2,300 individuals in 2022 and 3,400 in 2023, with a target of 3,700 in 2024.
